Township 7 Cabernet Sauvignon 2018
Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaWhen Okanagan cabernet sauvignon is good, it's really good. This combines juicy dark berry with dried herbs and nicely integrated American oak. Best of all, it stays true to the Okanagan. It's about freshness and bright fruit, as opposed to chasing ripeness. You still feel the warmth of Osoyoos and Raju Vineyard, from where the fruit is sourced, but it's balanced and not heavy on the palate, with fine-grained, supple tannins that make this ready to drink now.Tasted: 19 March 2021Tasted by: Geoffrey Moss MWPrices:BC | $29.97 | 750ml | winery online/direct, select private retailers, restaurants |
