Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaGewurztraminer and pinot gris from the winery's Naramata Bench estate vineyard make up this liquid apple pie and Alsatian inspired sipper. Red apples, peach blossom and pink grapefruit soda come together in this medium bodied / medium acid and off dry white, best paired chilled with melon and prosciutto or watermelon and feta, preferably on a summer patio.
