Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe 2011 version of 7-Blanc remains an aromatic expression this year a 60/40 split of co-fermented Naramata gewürztraminer and pinot gris. Just off-dry at 8.3 g/l it has a very floral nose with lemon and grapefruit aromas that preview a fresh tasty peachy red apple flavoured white with a touch of dusty minerality in the finish. This would be a solid match with spicy Asian fare or with most poultry dishes.
