East Kelowna Slopes, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaReductive notes upon opening blow off and talc, pink blossoms and sharp green apple aromas emerge. This single vineyard pinot gris is sourced from Summerland's Golden Retreat Vineyard. Mouthwatering red apple, pink grapefruit and lime pith on the juicy palate, with just a touch of residual sugar for body, but not enough to distract from the pointed herbal, citrus fruits. Great spice on the crisp, grapefruit laced finish. Would make a fine match to fish tacos or ceviche.
