Sonoma County, California, United StatesLight ash, toast and red apple aromas lead to a round and full bodied palate with white honey, baked lemon, pear and gooseberry. Fresh melon on the finish, and lemony acidity keep this wine buoyant, and an herbal, anise-medicinal note on the finish keeps it edgy. This ripe and creamy oaked white will equally suit white fish as it will white meats. I recommend poached lobster in lemon cream sauce.Tasted: 31 March 2015Tasted by: Prices:

Sonoma County, California, United StatesNothing much changes here and that is a good thing. Over the years this wine has been leaned out and freshened up all with an eye on retaining its fruit. We love its lean fruity citrus nose and flavours that sit over and under a creamy attack on the palate and a lemon grass/melon fruit finish. As good as it gets for sauvignon in the US.Tasted: 17 November 2012Tasted by: Prices:
