Smoke and cedar waft through its savoury, vanilla, black cherry and licorice nose. The attack is dry and elegant the tannins finely polished. The palate is a mix of blackberry jam, black cherries and liquorice flecked with mineral, vanilla, cedar and savoury dried herbs. You can drink this now with T-bone steak for balance or wait two to five years for it to completely mature.
