Polish Hill River, Clare Valley, South Australia, AustraliaEpitome of Clare riesling and typifies the Polish Hill minerality and precision. Lime pith, pink grapefruit, lime blossom, melon fragrance. There's a linear, silken fluidity to the ripe palate, with subtle pear, fine cream and graceful generosity. Lime cream through the lingering and persistant finish.
