Clean fresh floral notes mixed with grass and grapefruit entice. The attack is soft and touch warm but with enough acidity to keep it on beam. The mix is 50/50 arinto and rabigato. The plate is a mix of cooked apple peach citrus and mineral notes that persist across the finish.
