Benjamin Bridge Brut Méthode Classique 2009

Gaspereau Valley, Nova Scotia, CanadaLots of fine white mousse. Toasty, nutty, baked green apple, pear, and light floral, honey and muscat aromas. Fresh, juicy, creamy, big mousse entry with baked green apple, lime, pear, nutty, bitter almond, grassy flavours. Good intensity and balance if on the austere side which has its appeal to a small but discerning group of sparkling wine lovers. The latest '09 Brut is a unique Nova Scotian blend of L'Acadie, chardonnay and seyval. We love the overall delicacy. Well done.Tasted: 12 August 2014Tasted by: Prices:
