Bella Sparkling Blanc de Blancs Keremeos 2013
Keremeos, Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaBella has given another single vineyard a chance to tell its story, this time it's a blancs de blanc from vineyards grown by Robin Ridge Winery. The yield was kept at 3.1 tons per acre and the harvest commenced September 14th at 20 brix. The Similkameen effort is bone dry and supremely fresh on the nose. The attack is awash in citrus and green apple skin notes with an aggressive but tiny bubble factor. The finish is clean and sharp. Serve this with simple, oven-heated cheese sticks.
