Bella Sparkling Blanc de Blancs Kamloops 2013
Kamloops, British Columbia, CanadaBella has given another single vineyard a chance to tell its story, this time it's a blancs de blanc from Kamloop's Thadd Springs Vineyard owned Harper Trail Winery. The yield was kept at 3.7 tons per acre and the harvest commenced September 18th at 21 brix. Expect a pleasant, open grassy, toasted nose. The palate is somewhat similar with dried herbs camphor and a soft almost off-dry finish resiny finish.
