Bartier-Scholefield B-S Rosé Table Wine 2011
Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSlightly reduced on the nose but it mostly cleans up in the glass. This rosé vineyard built using the gamay grapes. The style is light and refreshing if not stark with bracing acidity and earthy, red fruit flavours. I'm a big fan of this style (although this could be cleaner) and you will be to when you have it with food.
