Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaGentle caramel, stone and floral blossom aromas are the entry to this full bodied, unoaked chardonnay. Don't let the 'unoaked' lead you to believe this is a lean/tart chardonnay - quite the opposite. Whole cluster press plus five months on the less without stirring has yielded a creamy texture, concentrated on the palate without heaviness. Flinty stone, lemon pith, lees, meadow blossom and wild herbs are carried with crisp citrus acidity and finish with a lemon twist and stony spice.
