Cassini Cellars Nobilus Merlot Grand Reserve 2011
Osoyoos, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSoft forward, spicy, smoky nose with big black raspberry fruit. The palate is soft and resiny with a persistent vanilla flavours punching through the palate and the finish. It a bit too much oak for the rest of the structure and will need some time to dissipate.
