Fresh sea breezes bright the San Antonio fruit, yielding fresh, sweet asparagus and citrus on the assertive nose. Lime, lemon blossoms, lemongrass, cream, meadow and a light salty kiss on the juicy, spicy palate. Freshness and acidity easily swallows the 14 percent alcohol. Pair with citrus cured hamachi or scallops.
