White Label Chardonnay is only made when the harvest is thought of as exemplary and from the best plots (bonus for wild yeast ferments). In this wine, its easy to see excellence. Lovely cream, stone and lemon peel, toast and struck stone, unbuttered white popcorn and heady brown butter.
