Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe inaugural meritage at Time is a 60/25/15 blend of merlot, cabernet sauvignon cabernet franc that opens with an earthy tobacco leaf, black olive, sagebrush nose with flecks of cranberry and prunes. The attack is dry, fresh and smooth with more prune, cranberry, cassis, tobacco, savoury, vanilla, coffee and herb flavours. Solid if still a bit young and rustic.
