Monterey County, Central Coast, California, United StatesLa Crema pinot gris is planted on the cool, windswept benches of Monterey. The result is a brighter fresher style than you might expect with a spicy citrus tropical fruit nose. The palate is riper and frankly sweeter than is the norm in British Columbia, more New Zealand-like, with apricots and sweet melon flavours.
