Burgundy, FranceOpen cedar bark, meaty, barnyard, resin, prune, nettle and tobacco leaf aromas. Dry, light, thin, tart palate with compost, tobacco leaf, celery root, herbal, rhubarb, prickly flavours. Very cool, tart, lean style.
