Today 170 separate batches of pinot noir tell the story at Byron. Winemaker Johnathan Nagy is dialled in on pinot and chardonnay as evidenced by the delicious 2012 pinot noir. A cool spring led to small clusters and small berries and some fragrant, black cherry fruit flavours with almost floral/mineral Oregon finish. Ready to drink now but will keep well for three to five years.
