Valle de Casablanca, Region de Aconcagua, ChileThis wine always reminds me of a half pungent Marlborough sauvignon blanc mixed with one half Casablanca Valley cool resulting in its lime rind and gooseberry nuances. The palate is a mirror image of the nose with grassy, musky, citrus grapefruit flavours. Goat cheese is the classic match but grilled seafood and or spaghetti vongole work here too.
