Valle del Rapel, Region del Valle Central, ChileLook for a stainless steel gooseberry/citrus scented sauvignon that jumps out of the glass. With no malolactic ferment and two month on its lees it remains fresh and tart in the mouth and despite its 13.8 per cent alcohol capable of matching a wide variety of seafood. In most years this is a reliable fun, mouth-puckering sauvignon.
