Bench 1775 Sauvignon Blanc 2013

Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaWinemaker Val Tait made multiple passes through her vineyard to pick the freshest and the ripest fruit possible before putting it through gentle whole-cluster ferment. The wine is fresh with pink grapefruit notes and quite a ripe mid-palate thanks to the addition of some late harvest fruit. A fun style sauvignon you can serve with spicy Asian foods.Tasted: 31 July 2014Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
