William Fèvre Chablis Champs Royaux 2012
Chablis, Burgundy, FranceLemon/ lime, earthy, light lees, sea shell, green apple skin and Bosc pear aromas. Dry, fresh, juicy, elegant palate with light honey, green apple skin, nettle, lees, lime, seaweed and herb flavours. A bit tighter and fresher than the Petit Chablis and thus could use a year in bottle but good balance for squid and fish.
