Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaYear five and Tinhorn has gone back to 100 percent cabernet franc presumably from the Diamondback Vineyard on Black Sage Bench. The colour is perfection, the style is bone dry and food friendly. If you want a sweet rose this is not it. Expect a savoury mix of rhubarb, cranberry, and raspberry on the nose and similar flavours with flecks of dried herbs in the finish.
