Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaLight yellow colour with pear, green apple, canned grapefruit, light lanolin, lees, vanilla and butter aromas. Dry, fresh, juicy, slightly austere, food-friendly, palate with melon rind, lime, green apple, spicy lees, grassy/grapefruit flavours with a bit of vanilla and citrus rind. Fine length and intensity but could another year in the bottle to gather itself.
