Mission Hill Reserve Pinot Gris 2008

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe latest MHFE is pale yellow with a hint of pink. The nose is an attractive mix of florals, pink grapefruit, butter, green apple, peach and nutty, chalky aromas. Round, dry, fresh palate with some elegance and juiciness with just a hint of austerity. Gooseberry, grapefruit, green apple, butter, melon rind, citrus, canned fruit, tropical flavours. Good solid style if a bit light. Try with scallops or sole.Tasted: 27 March 2010Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
