Black Sage Vineyard Pipe 2008
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaPipe a fortified wine made in the south Okanagan is a blend of cabernet sauvignon, merlot and cabernet franc. Grain spirit is used to stop the fermentation and turn this into a 19 percent LBV style port. It's been aged in neutral oak for more than three years. All in all a solid effort if a little bit too oxidised.
