Chablis, Burgundy, FranceComplex floral, waxy, light garlic lees, spicy, green apple, lemon nose with light seashell and matchstick aromas. Dry, fresh, elegant, lighter palate but juicy and slightly austere with lime, green apple, spicy lees, light garlic, leafy, floral, light vanilla flavours. Deceptive as this enters gently but remains persistent some austerity in the finish. Needs 2-5 years to fully develop.
