Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe rosé brut is a 63/34/3/mix of pinot noir / chardonnay / pinot gris all estate fruit. The nose is suitably restrained with hints of strawberry, nectarine skin and citrus. The palate is similar with yeasty, red fruit flavours and a fine persistent mousse. The finish is soft and dry with good complexity. A wonderful style for food.
