Dry rosé is where it is at today if you want to been seen as serious producer of a not so serious wine. The colour is pale pink perfection, the nose delightfully fruity strawberry/cranberry with wet stone minerality throughout. You can sip this solo now or you could keep it another year but 12 months in contact with a cork won't help anything here. Try this with your favourite summer foods on the patio and watch your guests swoon.
