Blue Mountain Chardonnay 2011
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaEarthy, spicy lees, butter, vanilla, pear, honey, baked apple with a light citrus note. Dry, fresh, juicy, creamy but somewhat austere with oatmeal, butter, vanilla, citrus, green apple, nutty, garlic and cream flavours. Finish is juicy but just a bit of citrus and butter bitterness.
