Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSpicy, savoury, tobacco, liquorice root, poultry spice, cherry jam, plum and barnyard aromas with a touch of ginger. Rich, ripe, concentrated and a bit tannic with peppery, liquorice, black cherry jam, plum, savoury meat, tobacco, sage, floral flavours. Good fruit and intensity but with some heat. Needs a few years to fully round out. An excellent effort.
