Skaha Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaAsh, earthy, tobacco leaf, menthol, black cherry, saddle leather, peppery, cassis aromas with a bit of meat and prune. Dry, full, somewhat tannic palate with tobacco, compost, earthy, prune, black berry, cedar, rooty, licorice, peppery flavours with some coffee oak on the finish. Good concentration with some young tannins and oak to diminish the note of rusticity.
