Sperling Vineyards Market White 2011
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaOntario-based but BC born winemaker Ann Sperling makes the family wine in the old Mission District of Kelowna. Pinot blanc and bacchus may seem strange bedfellows but the result is quite pleasing. Expect a very sweet edition but with pure melon and pink grapefruit characters that will cool down a spicy curry or black bean sauce.
