Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaMarket White is an intriguing 60/32/8 blend of pinot gris, gewürztraminer and riesling, in the vein of the old Alsace Edelzwicker. The lots are separated but it is all made in stainless steel to retain maximum freshness. The palate is fresh and clean with tropical litchi notes and an off-dry finish. What it lacks in exuberance it makes ups up for in texture and price.
