Le Vieux Pin Sauvignon Blanc 2011
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaBright, fresh, grassy, grapefruit nettle aromas with a smooth supple attack on the palate. A portion of the wine was fermented in oak to add some texture along with extended lees contact but the wine still remains fresh. Look for bright passion fruit/grapefruit flavours with a touch of stony/minerality. Oysters anyone.
