William Fèvre Vaillons 1er Cru Chablis Domaine 2010
Chablis, Burgundy, FranceGreen apple, spicy, lightly floral with notes of lime, lees, slate and sea salt. Ripe, round, full, juicy palate with fine concentration and more apple, lime, lees, slightly smoky, pear and dried herb flavours. Fine precision and concentration but a bit backward here. Needs a year or two and will improve.Tasted: 24 September 2012Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $48.99 | 750ml | specialty listing |
