William Fèvre Vaillons 1er Cru Chablis Domaine 2008
Chablis, Burgundy, FrancePartly barrel fermented in older French oak and some stainless steel to add freshness. Look for green apple, spicy, floral oyster notes with a touch of anise. Round, dry, crisp, juicy palate with good texture and focus. Oyster shell, lime, lees, granny smith, floral flavours. Classy, tart, zippy style but with fine concentration. Terrific food wine.Tasted: 13 February 2010Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $42.00 | 750ml | specialty listing |
