Osoyoos, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaBig peppery, spicy, sausage meat, gingerbread, vanilla, sage aromas flecked with tobacco, earth and liquorice. Full, round, dry, slightly tart palate with light tannins. Tobacco, black cherry, smoky, earthy, sausage meat, peppery, rooty, ginger, vanilla, savoury flavours. Good intensity and solid flavours but lacks a bit of middle at this stage with some tannin still to shed.
