Full, round, dry, slightly tart palate with light tannins. Tobacco, black cherry, smoky, earthy, sausage meat, peppery, rooty, ginger, vanilla, savoury flavours. Good intensity and solid flavours but lacks a bit of middle at this stage with some tannin still to shed.
