Beaune, Côte de Beaune, Côte d'Or, Burgundy, FranceSpicy, vanilla, strawberry jam, gamey, peppery, floral, waxy, light compost aromas. Dry, juicy, full, slightly tight palate with good acidity. Peppery, spicy, gamey, tobacco, carrot top, vanilla, raspberry flavours. Good concentration and length with delicacy but slightly oaky now with light tannins. Needs two to three years to mature but should improve in bottle.
