Chateau St. Jean Cabernet Sauvignon 2010
Sonoma County, California, United StatesSurprisingly lean and cedar-y on the nose with a very Bordelais entry. More red fruits and floral notes than perhaps you might expect but the backend begins to smooth out when the blackberry, chocolate, tobacco, vanilla notes kick in. More Sonoma than anything else which makes it very food friendly.Tasted: 30 September 2012Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $23.00 | 750ml | specialty listing |
