Ben Marco Cabernet Sauvignon 2009
Mendoza, ArgentinaPeppery, smoky, barnyard, cassis, prune, leather, black olive, black pepper aromas with a floral, chocolate note. Rich, round, full, juicy but slightly tannic palate. Chocolate, vanilla, coconut, cassis, blackberry, tobacco, coffee flavours with a cedar, tapenade finish. Good fruit and fresh but some green savoury tannin on the finish. This will need a few years to soften and show its best stuff.Tasted: 15 February 2012Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:ON | $17.00 | 750ml | fine wine shops |
