Saint Joseph, Northern Rhone, Rhone Valley, FranceA fully biodynamic and organic wine. Very spicy, intense black pepper, sausage meat, roasted pepper, black cherry, smoky, garrigue, cigar aromas. Round, dry, supple, full, elegant palate with a touch of austerity. Juicy black cherry, peppery, meaty, leather, chocolate, garrigue, mineral, licorice flavours with a touch of clove and curry. Very fine balance with finesse yet the ability to age 4-7 years, perhaps longer.
