Tautavel, Côtes du Roussillon Villages, Roussillon, Sud de France, FranceVery ripe black raspberry, black cherry, vanilla, chocolate, prune, savoury, peppery, licorice aromas but some noticeable volatility and a bit of prune. Ripe, round, smooth but flat palate with some youthful tannin. Chocolate, coffee, peppery, garrigue, prune, vanilla, volatile, Christmas cake, black raspberry jam and orange peel flavours.
