Valle del Maipo, Region del Valle Central, ChileSappy, cassis, menthol, bay, peppery, tobacco leaf, meaty, coffee aromas. Dry, tight, slightly astringent and tart palate. Cedar bark, peppery, smoky, vanilla, coffee, chocolate and savoury, cassis flavours. Solid cab but young, oaky and a bit too leafy now.
