Valle del Maipo, Region del Valle Central, ChileA blend of fruit from older vineyards aged in new, one and two year-old French oak. Deep purple red color. Blackcurrant and cassis aromas and flavours. Terrific extract in this full-bodied, foursquare cabernet. The finish is long and soft. One of the best Medalla Real cabs in years. Good years for Ilabaca - 93, 95, 97,99.
