Mudgee, New South Wales, AustraliaThe style is modern and elegant but in this slightly underripe. Fresh lean nose with a cedar-y red berry character. The palate is similar with dry floral, peppery, mineral red berry fruit with flecks of dried herbs. The finish is very acidic and lean.
