Isla de Maipo, Valle del Maipo, Region del Valle Central, Chile Very spicy, black pepper, vanilla, chocolate, black cherry jam, cassis jam, saddle leather, bay leaf and tobacco aromas. Rich, full, somewhat astringent but ripe palate. Smoky, chocolate, coffee, peppery, tobacco, cedar, savoury, rosemary, black cherry, bay and roast meat flavours. Good intensity and concentration.
