Valle del Maipo, Region del Valle Central, ChileBig chocolate, cedar, menthol, sappy, cassis, peppery, leather, tobacco, minty, bay aromas. Rich, dry, elegant, round but slightly austere style with some youthful tannins. Spicy, black olive, cassis, riparian, vanilla, cedar, tobacco, bay leaf, smoky, coffee, peppery, sappy, orange peel flavours. Good intensity and finesse but youthful with the carmenère showing strongly at this point.
